Trying to stay between 1200-1300 and yet get enough protein (goal: 140g). I got sick of eating all the same foods so today I tried something new (told my wife what I was making and she said “Ewww”).

Turns out, it’s quite good! If you like Asian-style steamed egg, this is a good option for a high protein meal that can be quickly whipped up (43g of protein, 400 calories).

    yo, you should try out fish sauce instead of soy sauce with ur eggs. it’s very good. smth that us thai ppl eat!
