Picked up a few summer sausages a couple weeks ago. Have been aging them on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. I was told they didn’t need refrigeration until I cut into them.

Was looking at them today and saw they have been developing small little circles of what I think is mold. I wiped as much off as I could with a paper towel. Are these safe to eat? Anything I should to to salvage them?
