Couldn’t get a reservation for 1 at Osteria so got one at casa Luigia and boy am I glad I did. I didn’t know this before but the menu there is basically the all stars from Osteria. We were encouraged to walk around the kitchen, talk to the chefs, ask questions etc. I absolutely loved that, spent half my time going up to talk to them and they were all great. Few minutes into dinner the man himself popped out of the back, he walked around each table and talked to everyone and was so gracious to take pictures with each person.

Food was awesome, the strawberry risotto was a bit weird but it almost resembled tomato but sweeter, good but weird.

This was probably one of the most eventful and awesome days I’ve had traveling.
– Rented a Maserati
– Went to Ferrari museum
– Unbelievably cool balsamico tour (one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced
– Lunch at Franceschetta 58 ( only good bread I had in the north of Italy, it’s crazy how bad the bread is there)
– Parmegiano tour
– Pavarotti museum
– Second Ferrari museum
– Capped it with this dinner and the Massimo shows up to seal it.
