[review] I tried the Special K Zero and really liked it. 18 grams of protein & 150 cals, definitely worth it for snacking.

I think this tastes best without milk and it’s easy to carry around as a snack for on the go.
Serving size is 1 cup = 150 cal., 18 g P
Ingredients: soy protein isolate, pea protein, canola oil, allulose syrup, lentil protein, food starch, salt, bht for freshness
About 6 servings per box, but sort of expensive compared to non-protein cereal (approx $8 at Target).
Shoutout to u/Any-Point867 who originally made a post about this product. It really is good.
What does “zero added sugar” mean? Is there sugar in it but they didn’t add any white sugar? I have not seen this in stores yet.
I’ll have to check this out!
I wonder what they do with the regular K?

Eh. Cap’n Crunch is 144 cals per cup and probably tastes a lot better haha Most cereal is around this calorie range.
I thought it was too chewy, like it stays in your mouth too long…if that even makes sense LOL.
