  1. We just came back from Japan and spent some time in Okinawa. We do enjoy a good tasting menu and when searching this is the restaurant that popped up. We were very pleased with everything. This was the best view I have ever had and the most intimate place I have dined as well (that night there was 8 of us). We made reservations for their dinner and it was a 20 course tasting menu. The service was exceptional as well as the food. The chef (Hiroyuki Kosugi) I think has a brilliant mind. One of the amuse dishes was served on a blown up dried puffer fish! We do not drink alcohol and they had a wonderful selection of non alcoholic drinks to choose from. Chef Kosugi does take creativity to another level (at least with the places I have been). We were thoroughly impressed and when we do come back to Okinawa we will be visiting here again. I enjoyed how the chef did come out with his staff to serve and explain the dish as well as say goodbye to every customer. If you do get a chance to come to Okinawa I highly recommend this restaurant. I was not able to show all the dishes but I hope that give a good idea of what to expect.
