    I ran out of carrots so shredded 1 zucchini (and squeezed out the excess liquid). Mushrooms would also be so yummy in here!!

    Cooked in a pan on medium heat for 7 minutes each side.

    2 cans of beans + veggies made 7 burgers at 120 grams each. You get a good sear and they hold up after being in the freezer. They are softer on the inside but hold up and are great next day. My spouse is a meat lover and they approved! Highly recommend these ◡̈

    They look SO GOOD! Can’t wait to try this!

    May I also suggest Dave’s Killer Whole Wheat Buns, toasted….. and I personally also like pickles, sprouts, tomato, lettuce, Dijon mustard & ketchup, just a thought!
