  1. altogether, it came out to 320 calories, 30ish grams of protein and was very filling !

    ingredients:

    -seitan chicken patty

    -half a yellow bell pepper

    -one green onion

    -three pieces of cilantro

    -some leftover tomato slices from making pico

    -1 cup of veggie broth + 1 cup of water

    -2 tbsp pea protein as a thickening agent

    -valentino, garlic powder, red pepper, and and a few other spices i forgot–didn’t measure out the portions of these

  2. The pea protein powder as thickener is intriguing. Have you used it in non-soup applications as well? Say more.
