    Ingredients

    Butter x50g

    BMF brown onion x1

    Red Capsicum x1

    Button mushroom (200g)

    Kidney beans in water (400g)

    Diced Tomatoes (800g)

    Jalapeños (Optional)

    Garlic , whole clove.

    Black rice

    Smoked cheddar

    Spices

    Cumin x2 big spoons

    Smoked paprika x1.5 big spoons

    Hot hot hot chilli powder x1 tea spoon (Optional)

    Method

    Cook the onions and mushrooms in the butter and oil until browned.

    Add the capsicum cook for another few minutes

    Dump everything else in and turn to simmer.

    Black rice takes about 4 years, so put that on first, chilli will take around 45 minutes.

    Add cheese per serve. Eat as desired.

  2. For a second I thought those tomatoes were carrots. Was about to call the police.

  3. kinda feel like making chili, but i ate curry with lentils the last 2 days and the flatulence was enough to scare me off for a good while
