    Same directions, except left out the cornstarch step and used these amounts to **make 3 servings:**

    sauce:

    * 1/8 c no sugar ketchup
    * 1/8 c vegan worcestershire sauce
    * 1 T soy sauce
    * 1 T vegetarian oyster sauce
    * ½ T sweetener (or more, to taste)
    * salt to taste

    Veggies & Tofu

    * 1 box Tofu, xfirm
    * 1 bundle ramen noodles (90g dry wt)
    * 3 cloves garlic
    * 129 g yellow onion
    * 94 g carrots
    * 158 g mushrooms
    * 2 g cabbage noodles (cabbage cut into strips of noodles)
    * 182 g mung bean sprouts green onions cut into 2 in pieces
