midday snack because i had a craving for savory but its not lunchtime yet: “no chicken” broth, nooch (bc i struggle to get my protein in), onion and garlic powder, and some pepper (75cals)

  1. How much nutritional yeast did you add to get any amount of protein from it? I never knew nooch even had a considerable amount of protein 😀 good to know, I’ll add it more to my meals now 🙂

  2. I do this with miso. just scoop some from the tub in the fridge and add hot water, bam miso soup lol love it

  3. Add some tofu to boost the protein. Edited to suggest adding fresh baby spinach.. and herbs.

    My lunch today was similar. Added the spinach and cubed tofu to make it more filling.
