They pretty much only serve wild game, chef has stated he wants to use local sustainable proteins so there boar and elk on menu.
It was a very, very good meal. Server was freindly and unpretentious. Would be a multi star michelin place if they rated Texas. I suppose the prices would go up to NYC level if that happens.

Great pictures! Beautiful platings. Def putting this on the list to try. Wish we did have the rating here in Texas but good point about price hikes.
i found it incredibly meh when i went a few years ago. Ingredients did not live up to the price tag and neither did the execution. At that price, you had to pay extra for caviar too. I hope they’ve gotten better since cause it was a huge disappointment compared to NYC fine dining.
