I had two overripe bananas and about a cup of (store brand) Bisquick to use up so I created my own protein waffles with it. Not shown in this ingredients list are 5 grams of baking powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla and cinnamon to taste. I used no milk but added cold water to the mashed bananas until the batter was thin enough to make waffles. I got 8 waffles out of this, each waffle is about 4 inches square.
