  1. This was 45 grams of oats along with a tablespoon of chia seeds and 150ml of almond milk; cooked it with a pear (saved some for topping with a fig); nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon for flavor and a teaspoon of dark sirup which is quickly becoming a game changer 😀
