    Breakfast: oatmeal with stevia and cocoa powder, glass of tea

    Not pictured 11 am snack: nature valley bar

    Lunch: veggie sausage, broccoli, mashed potato with spinach

    Snack at 4 pm: heated up Alpro’s vanilla soy milk with 12 grams of dark chocolate to make chocolate milk

    Dinner: corncakes, crackers, carrot, cucumber, 2 kinds of veggie spread
