Hereโ€™s a salad of roasted beets glazed in lacto fermented juices. A avocado mousse and orange dressing. I inherited a menu for weddings and this is my take on it.

  1. I think your food looks like it’s beautiful, and I hope you’ll accept my mild criticism as constructive (that’s how I intend it). I think many of the photos on your feed could be more beautiful. If I were you, I’d focus on the photographic details now–especially lighting (maybe set something small up beforehand so that you can get a better shot “in the moment”) and composition (what’s in frame, what gets cut off, what’s in the background, general flow of the photo).

    It can be tricky to do this with real food, but I think the effort to better show off your beautiful work would be worth it if you’re trying to get more social media engagement. Hope this helps.
