    To make 3 servings:

    * 1/2 c dry lentils cooked with bay leaf and Better than Bouillon no-chicken seasoning
    * 95 g carrots
    * 97 g celery
    * 55 g red onion
    * 1/4 c chopped parsley
    * 2 servings Big Mountain fava bean tofu
    * 85 g red bell pepper **
    * dressing: lemon juice, 1.5 tsp olive oil, 1/2 clove garlic minced, salt, pepper, sweetener (all to taste)

    ** I accidentally left this out of the total calorie count in the title. The correct calories for one serving should be 228 per serving, not 222.
