I had a great time dining at “Ode” recently and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The restaurant serves Japanese cuisine with French influences. The experience was very relaxed and Chef Yusuke Namai and his team are very approachable.

As a manga/anime fan, the opening “Dragon Ball” dish was truly delightful. “You’ll have to come back another six times to collect the others,” said the waiter who served the dish.

I wasn’t able to add captions to my photos, so I included a pic of the menu at the end (which the Chef also kindly autographed).

That’s looks amazing, but I have a really stupid question. How do you eat pic 14?

  2. How much was the meal? I’ll be in Tokyo the end of the month. Having a hard time choosing where to eat. So many options

  3. I was going to go last month, but looks like the chef got into a car accident and it’s been closed since… must have been serious if it’s been closed this long…
