    * 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
    * 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek

  2. Is it possible to make this stew with canned lentils? I still have some in the fridge and this looks great for tonights dinner!

  3. I made this today, tastes delicious! I didnt have bebere spice so I used curry powder instead of tumeric and added some other stuff! 👍

    Well, made this tonight for dinner.. it’s super good. For those of you with an aversion to super spicy hot chilies… I substituted a green bell pepper. I blended it with the garlic and ginger root and sautéed it with the other spices and onions. I also used kale instead of spinach, baby red potatoes and a plain brown onion. Thanks so much for sharing!!
