My favorite high protein snack is something I created with microwaved frozen blueberries and protein powder. It legitimately makes a cream cheese consistency and it’s soooo good with sweet bagels or rice cakes!

  2. I love making a vegan soft serve/smoothie bowl with 200g frozen berries, 50g frozen banana, one scoop vegan protein powder, and a splash of non-dairy milk. Mix it up in a blender or food processor and enjoy!

  3. Favorite high protein snack is banana “nice” cream with flavored protein powder mixed in. I also love dates with peanut butter and tahini!

i’m a huge sucker for vegan protein bars (i know they’re quite polarizing but i really like no cow), but when i’m trying to do more WFPB i like roasted edamame and chickpeas!

My favorite high protein snack is protein pancakes (pancakes made with protein powder).

  6. This is maybe a weird one, but I like to eat tempeh cooked in a dry pan with peanut butter and Grillo’s pickles.

My favorite is protein powder baked oatmeal because you can mix up the flavors with endless combinations:

    * 1 scoop protein vanilla powder (or another flavor depending on mix ins)
    * ½ cup oats (These are my favorite: [https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/gluten-free-organic-rolled-oats-with-ancient-grains-and-seeds-072073](https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/gluten-free-organic-rolled-oats-with-ancient-grains-and-seeds-072073))
    * 1 ripe banana smashed or applesauce
    * 1 cup liquid of choice – alt milk or water
    * ½ teaspoon baking powder. flax eggs can be a good option too

    1. Blend in the blender then add mix-ins of choice: frozen berries, nuts, nut butter, seeds, raisins, shredded carrots, chocolate chips, cinnamon, spices, cocoa powder, anything you want!
    2. Bake at 350F for 20+ min

It’s like cake for breakfast! I often do a carrot cake theme for my mix ins and then I’m getting a serving of vegetables too!

Kinda weird but I like to make protein hot cocoa with plant milk, sugar, cocoa powder and protein powder!

  9. My favorite high protein snack vegan yogurt with berries or some peanut butter powder on a tortilla. So good.

  10. My favorite high protein snack is oatmeal with soy milk, chia seeds, agave, and blueberries! 🫶🏼

  11. I like to make oven-roasted beans with a little garlic, pepper, and olive oil or steamed tofu with some soy sauce!

  12. My favorite snack is straight up tofu 🙈 I marinade extra firm tofu in vinegar, a splash of olive oil, mustard, and fresh herbs. After a day it’s good enough to eat plain! I also love a smoothie with protein powder and banana and tons of ice for volume, yum 🤤

  13. Vegan protein pudding –

Kite hill Greek style yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, mix together and add fun toppings. I LOVE making a banana pudding one topped with so coconut cool whip. Packed with protein and tastes like dessert

My favorite protein snack is protein oatmeal. Or if I’m feeling lazy, just some peanut butter stuffed dates

  15. I marinate extra firm tofu then slice it pretty thin. I roast the tofu slices until they get crispy. Makes a great versatile snack or an ingredient for salads, stir frys.

There are so many great ideas posted here!

  16. Vegan jerky & these mint chocolate brownies that I put into mini donuts molds for fun 🙂 !

  17. What is non animal whey protein, in the list? How is this vegan when the label says milk protein?
