  1. Miso ginger butter:
    miso paste 1/4 tsp /
    Vegan butter, 1 tsp /
    ginger, grated 1 tsp /
    rice vinegar, 1 tsp /
    Sweetener, 1/4 tsp

    Root veggies:
    Carrots 50 g
    Turnips, 67 g
    Radish 34 g

    snow peas, 79 g

    on tofu (138g): 1 T soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil

    Brown rice, 50 g

    Spray oil, 2 g

    Pan fry root veggies and finish with miso ginger butter sauce. Brown tofu and add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil. Snow peas were microwaved for 1 minute with cover.

    That’s what I also eat (No sautés , only raw veggies, though).

    Rice quantity is low: it’s a Key element for Satiation.

  3. How do you get your tofu so brown and crispy? Is the key drying the heck out of it first?

  4. There is just something about this that looks very appetizing. I can’t put my finger on it, because it seems so simple a dish. I think a lot of people will try this.
