To make 5.5 Tbsp:
* 42 g Forager plain yogurt
* 2 T no sugar added Ketchup
* about 1 or 2 T of relish
* sweetener & salt to taste
* optional: diced onion, vinegar to taste
That yogurt is super good, works great as sour cream.
One thing about that yogurt is the bacteria isn’t strong enough to make new yogurt. I make homemade yogurt sometimes n that brand won’t start a new batch. The soy delicious is a good starter. If a yogurt won’t start it means the live active cultures are dead. Just a FYI if anyone is eating this brand for gut health.
What sugar substitute do they use in that ketchup? Do you notice a difference?
I’ve recently become obsessed with ketchup & it ends up being high calorie sugar dip 🫣😂
Omggg I love you thank you that’s a great one! I’ve been trying to have more salads lately but dressings hike my calories real quick.
