Truly a great experience. I’ve only done the bar tasting, but highly recommend it. Great value for drinks and food. Note: not all courses are pictured, there are a couple I missed.
1. King crab with smoked trout roe
2. Yellowtail with radish flower
3. Maine lobster with cabbage and foie grad
4. Abalone, egg yolk, ginger, eel
5. Black cod, clams , caviar
6. Lamb saddle, Korean pear , white sashimi
7. Mushroom ice cream, puff pastry

Looks really, really nice. How many courses would you say were missed? Mostly curious since I’ve dined in the main room once and am going again this week. It seems comparable which absolutely makes it a great deal.
