  2. So, finally moving from weight loss to aging. Everything still smells good. Only mold on was the m600 from the salami. Think I will let one go until Xmas, the other until summer next year, cut in on my birthday. These bad boys take so long!

    Also, I’m curious what everyone does to clean up the meat for sugna time. I have taken to wine soaked bamboo cloth, then a new tooth brush with more wine. A quick cold water rinse, pat down with paper towels, then a final wine rinse, pat dry, leave on the counter for a few to let it dry fully, then slater with sugna.
