I watched Melissa Clark make this the other day and it looked so good I had to give it a try. It is fairly easy…as long as you have all the ingredients. https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1023019-cauliflower-shawarma-with-spicy-tahini. You should put it on pita bread, but I’m celiac, so a GF tortilla worked just fine. It was REALLY good.
