Recipe makes approximately 10.5 cups.
Toast 1 loaf of low calorie, high protein bread and cut into cubes. Melt 1 Tbsp of vegan butter and cook 2 cups of diced celery, 2 diced onions, 4 cloves minced garlic with 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, 1.5 tsp rosemary, 1.5 tsp sage. Pan fry and cut up two Big Mountain sausages. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter and add 3 tbsp of Just egg. Stir in cooked celery, onion, garlic, herbs, sausage, toast. Spray with oil and bake until brown.
The bread I used is a grocery store brand (30 cal/4 P per slice), but there are brands like Nature’s Own Keto bread that are only 35 cal/ 6 P per slice.
Optionally – add in a little diced apple for sweetness.
