  1. I LOVE Romesco sauce. One of my favorite things to make. This has a lot less oil than the traditional recipe but is still just as good, in my opinion.

    Blend together:

    * 16 oz jar roasted red peppers
    * 50 g roasted almonds
    * 22 g sun dried tomatoes, no oil
    * 1 T red wine vinegar
    * 1 tsp smoked paprika
    * ½ tsp salt
    * ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    * 1 T oil
    * 1 clove garlic

    Add water until you get the thickness you want. I added enough to make 1.75 cups (459 grams), 502 calories. I used 70 grams of the sauce.

    Baked cauliflower sprinkled with salt, cumin, & smoked paprika. Lightly sprayed with grapeseed oil.

    Lentils were cooked in broth (Better than Bouillon No Chicken)
