16 pieces going in – I’ve found fantastic success with Thai curry pastes, so I’m doing a few flavors this time. Red, yellow, and green curries, along with massaman and panang. The balance are black garlic and spicy black garlic.

My foodie giftees will get whole pieces, since I know they like to slice their own. Everyone else will get sample packs with a mix of flavors.
