A throwback to my dinner at the now closed Tasting Counter in Boston. While not my first fine dining experience (I’d had one particularly bad one before this), this was the one that got me hooked on this level of cuisine. Since this meal, I’ve had several others that surpass this one in terms of quality, but this experience will always be a special one to me.

Damn, I didn’t know they closed. Looks like they have plans to open elsewhere though?
