I ate it with oven roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes, and home-made focaccia. I’m not a big fan of the fake meats, so this recipe hits all the comfort food cravings with tons of veggies & textures!

I normally make a lentil loaf but this recipe use split peas. Looks delicious! One of my favorite combos there.. but where’s the gravy?? 😉

Yum. Will give that a try for sure. I’m sure there are also recipes for vegetarian “gravy” out there as well to further complement.
