That’s probably the most “unvegan” looking lasagne I’ve ever seen! What cheese did you use? Cheese is probably one of my top 3 barriers to going vegan. But the browning and hopefully the mouthfeel of yours looks amazing.

That looks absolutely delicious. Lentils in Italian food is the best. I’m sure it was fantastic.
