-1 bread roll from the day before (I’m not sure what to call it in English, google “Brötchen” to see what I mean)
-Chili powder
-4 tbsp of pine nuts
-6 tbsp of olive oil
-1/2 tsp of zest
-parsely
-250ml cooking cream
-pepper
Preparation:
-clean the beans, cut off the ends, cut them to pieces, stew them in lightly salted water for 8-10min (or just use canned beans if you’re lazy like me)
-cook the noodles al dente with 2tsp of salt
-cut the tomatoes (recipe says to ¼ them but that’s to big for me, so I cut them smaller)
-drain the noodles and rinse briefly with hot water
-chop onions and garlic
-grate the bread roll (Brötchen), mix with chili powder, 4tbsp of oil and pine nuts; mix in zest and a bit of salt
-chop the parsely
-preheat oven to 225°C (437°F)
-heat 2tbsp of oil in an ovenproof pan, fry onion and garlic until they turn brown
-drain beans, put them in the pan, fry
-mix in noodles, tomatoes, and cooking cream, cook for a short time on high heat
-add salt and pepper
-spread bread roll mixture on top of it
-put it in the oven for about 5min to gratinate (until there’s a brown crust)
-sprinkle parsely on top
About 685kcal per ⅙ of the pan, but I’ll admit I added the whole package of pine nuts (50g)

Those look like penne to me, not noodles
Still, the recipe seems delicious!
