Disclaimer: visited in July 2022, so back when they had their summer tasting menu last year.

This was my first ever Michelin star dining experience and it blew my mind. Each dish was such a cool interpretation of Korean food in ways I’ve never imagined. I loved everything except for the first amuse bouche. Our server was the sweetest. The view of Changdeokgung Palace was stunning. This definitely set the bar high for every fine dining experience to come after, haha.

    How far in advance can you book this? I just checked CatchTable and everything beyond April is not listed?
