    Important! Don’t add the Meati chik’n until you are ready to serve. Keep it separate because it falls apart after a while in hot broth.

    ingredients for 11 cups:

    * 1 T oil
    * Better than bouillon no chicken seasoning
    * 4 stalks celery
    * 2 vegan Meati classic cutlets, pan fried (use whatever vegan protein you prefer)
    * 168 g of rotini (Fiber Gourmet)
    * carrots and peas from frozen (about 135 g)
    * dash of basil
    * parsley to taste
    * salt and pepper to taste
    * 5 cups of water
