I don’t have pictures of everything, but the standouts were an extremely delicious take on Japanese sweet potatoes, hot beef tail hummus (never had hot hummus or meat hummus and HOLY SHIT, that was good) and grilled oysters (also something we’d never had before)

This place deserves a star for sure- incredible food (maybe some work on presentation could be done, I suppose) , fantastic service, lovely ambiance.

We thought the highlight of our trip would be Bazaar Meat or Picasso, but this blew both out of the water. HIGHLY recommend

By the time we’d gotten there in the evening they’d sold out of the tasting menu so we got the items individually, next time will make sure to go early!

There’s a lot of surprises in Vegas. I was shocked how great of a food city it is! A lot of the restaurants there have Michelin stars in Macau.

    Restaurants in Vegas:

Mizumi – 2 star Michelin in Macau.

Wing Lei – 2 star Michelin in Macau.

Joel Robuchon – Many 3 stars around the world.

Guy Savoy – 2 star Michelin in Paris (was 3 for the longest time).

I always try to make a visit to Sparrow + Wolf when I go to Vegas. Absolutely incredible food and wonderful staff.

As someone who lived in Vegas for 20 years – many great chefs left the strip and opened off the strip restaurants. The locals love this and it is so nice to not always go to the strip for a quality meal. The usual strip places (like you named) are usually on point, but there’s definitely a whole world of amazing culinary experiences off the strip. Just gotta know who to ask or where to look for the right answers.

Is this place fine dining? No offense to them but the website looks Cheesecake Factory-ish.
