This is my fourth ever fine dining experience and second ever Michelin star experience (the other being Myomi in Seoul). Heard the chef grows his own herbs in a greenhouse in the vicinity of the restaurant, which obviously shines through each dish.

Loved the food and ambiance. Was disappointed that the linen napkin had a bunch of food stains. Anyhow, I’m excited to continue my fine dining journey!

    Wow, that’s kind of bizarre about the napkin. Back of house clearly focuses on every small detail, and the front of house drops the ball on something as simple to get right as a napkin. How much did this meal cost you? The food looks lovely.
