On the bottom of my charcuterie board not sure what its for

    My best “edumacated” guess if theres one on the other side, you flip it over the mounting plate and it prevents the board from sliding on fancy counter top.

  3. Fold it over to hide the screws. If the fabric is between the board and the table, it muffles the noise from the meat tenderizer.

  4. Also this is only on one side of the board and feels like theres paper in it and possibly small rods
