I loosely followed a budget bytes recipe:

Easy Rosemary Garlic White Bean Soup

I added potato, cellery and carrot in the mix and topped the soup with smoked paprika bloomed in a bit butter. Served with roasted onion bread.

  1. How did you prepare the potato, carrot, and celery? At what point in the cooking did you add them?

  2. This looks yummy! Did you blend the beans with the liquid? I’m one who always drains and rinses canned beans, so that gives me pause.
