Since not everyone seemed to pleased with the last recipe i posted lol. Hopefully you like this one better. Keep in mind that im 18 and cooking these sorts of meals by myself (as opposed to just cooking ramen or canned soup) is fairly new for me
Ingredients:for three people
-a full bag of premade vegetable mix of carrots, peas, and green beans
-two cans of chickpeas
-about 7 chopped small potatoes
-two or three shallots depending on how much you like their taste
-two cans of diced tomatoes (one of which is fire roasted)
-about a spoon (yes, like a spoon you eat with) and a half of vegetable bouillon
– garlic salt (however much you would want to add)
– and some black pepper
Instructions:
– pour water in large pot, make sure it only is filled a bit above the halfway mark, vegetables will make it rise
– dissolve bouillon in water. Wash off chickpeas while you wait
– once bouillon dissolves, add potatoes. They take the longest to soften
– add the rest of the vegetables
– add diced tomatoes and stir a bit
– cook on medium or high until you feel the potatoes begin to soften
– let it simmer on low and cover with a lid
-add however much garlic salt you like. You could add other seasonings too. Smoked paprika is good in it

I’m surprised you only need a tablespoon and a half of bullion. It looks like a big pot!

Soup is an amazing medium for beginners learning to cook (I’m relatively new myself). It’s forgiving in texture and temperature, allowing you to focus almost exclusively on usage of spices and other flavoring compounds. On top of that it’s so economically and nutritionally efficient it’s supported human life for centuries.
A big pot of boiling vegetables really makes you appreciate the generosity and plentifulness of mother earth 🥬

Can’t even afford something this simple after folks felt wildly compelled to fake psych then attack then fire off kling cardiac while commiting forms of torture then trying to shame blackout cases.
