    Traveling across Italy this past week, Seta has been my favorite meal by far (surpassing Osteria Francescana from the night before). Highlights for me was the surprise Uni ice cream course, risone pasta with lobster brains, and the veal sweet breads. The seaweed butter was a fun surprise as was the dill ice cream in the pre-dessert. Service was impeccable from the staff and the chef Antonio Guida even went table to table to ask how everyone’s meal was prior to dessert. Only off putting bite was the vanilla beignet that seemed to be glazed with some disgusting liqueur. Highly recommend for anyone going to Milán.
