Thanks for the review. I have seen that at TJ’s but not yet tried it. Something I will do soon. Cauliflower is quite versatile and in addition to Indian food (Aloo gobi etc) it also makes into a good Sichuan or kung pao cauliflower with or without the tempura batter,

Eating that with rice is one of my favorite easy meals! I’ve also tried it with this [chipotle aioli](https://minimalistbaker.com/5-ingredient-chipotle-aioli/) instead of the sauce they include in the packet and it’s sooo good.

I was disappointed in this. It came out super soggy, not crispy at all and the cauliflower itself was mush.

This has been my go to snack for a while and I would definitely recommend using an air fryer to get a nice crispy batter. Really most things in TJ’s freezer aisle are great with an air fryer.

I really wish they didn’t put the cauliflower inside a plastic bag, and then put that inside another plastic bag. Is that really necessary? TJ’s use of plastic is infuriating, but this is one of the more egregious cases, and makes me enjoy the food less.

It’s very good if you cook it just right. It’s very easy to have it turn out mushy.

I LOVED THESE

I like the flavor. When I cooked it the first time it turned out mushy, though, so I’m going to take another swing at it this weekend.

I’m surprised by the positive reviews! I thought it was terrible and I’ve made breaded cauliflower many times haha!

I have this in my freezer. I have not tried it yet. I might have to tonight.

How spicy is it?

I’ll definitely have to try it! Is it spicy? I’ve got a picky 4yo.

I make these but ditch the sauce and toss them in Buffalo sauce instead. So good!

I always keep a bag of this in the freezer for when we want shitty Chinese takeout but want it to be healthier and cheaper and faster. Top it on some white rice and its pretty dang good for what it is!
