Hosted Thanksgiving yesterday and with some help, made a huge buffet of food. Guests had their fixings. Being the only vegetarian of the bunch, I initially thought I’d have limited choices. But fortunately I had plenty of vegetarian options that everyone enjoyed as well. As a host I did not skimp on the vegetarian choices 😄 .I’d love to hear about your experiences as a guest or host. Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving!

The items you see here are – Pumpkin-pesto mac and cheese, Green-bean sweet-potato rice, Sesame tofu, Gravy, Roasted vegetables, Mashed potatoes, Cranberry sauce with pomegranate seeds, Roasted garlic asparagus, Bread-crumb stuffing, Dinner rolls, Bean & pea veggie chips, Pumpkin pie, Apple pie.
Everything looks wonderful. I’m envious of your gravy, my mushroom gravy always ends up a little thin.
This looks really good! I’m especially intrigued by the green bean sweet potato rice. Also, what’s the red-orange stuff on top of the rice in the plate of the pic?
