I recently had the pleasure of dining at Per Se, and overall was a memorable experience. The restaurant’s ambiance is sophisticated and chic, with stunning views of Central Park. The staff provided impeccable service, and each member providing the highest level of attentiveness.
The cuisine was exceptional, with its famous Oysters and Pearls dish as a standout. The waitstaff is also knowledgeable about each dish, providing a detailed description of each course. One of my guests had several allergies and they were super accommodating.
On the way out, they provided our party with a goodie bag with a magazine, shortbread, and a chocolate bar. I did try and keep the pen; however, they noticed it was missing and asked for it back. Can’t have everything!

For me, aesthetically feels a little dated and not quite hitting perfection. Looks absolutely delicious though.

Why are there so many quotation marks? Just annoying.

I still love it, perhaps not as much as Aquavit or Chefs Table but Per Se is up there with my favourite meals

If people tasted the oyster & pearls they would change their life to make enough money to eat there twice a year.
So delicious
