  1. It looks really good. I would use diced eggplant in place of tofu, just my preference.

  2. Yes and you call them blackened tofu despite the fact that they are obviously just fried.

  7. Excuse me, but What the fuck is “mushroom stir fry sauce”

    It always pisses me off when a recipe calls for a ready made commercial ingredient that I don’t have available in my country.
