Went to merito in my peru Trip Last year. Lots If great Restaurants in Lima but merito ist the spot where i would be a regular.

Went last summer. Also my number 1 spot in Peru. I still dream about their flan.

Adding this to the list for next time I go to Peru! I went to Central, Maido and Mayta and I think Mayta was my favorite out of the 3 due to being more Peruvian centric with amazing ingredients. Central was a conceptual feast but for pure palette pleasure Mayta is just it for me.

Really appreciate this insight! We are heading there this fall (maybe a meet up u/Jeydess?? LOL) and I have been working through our dining plans. This has really helped solidify things for me. (Hadn’t even heard of Merito!) Thanks for the guidance.
