On the sheet pan: 295 g peach & 197 g granny smith apples sprinkled with cinnamon & sweetener. Bake this at 350 F for about 15 minutes or more. Optionally add crushed cardamon, nutmeg or other spice to your cinnamon/sweetener mixture.
To make cocoa:
Melt approx 20 choc chips in microwave, with a little water. Stir and add about 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk and 1.5 T Chobani plant based caramel macchiato creamer. Warm in microwave and add dash of salt and sweetener and top with almond redi wip
