Fry up some cauliflower in 360F oil, battered in AP flour, potato starch, and a good amount assorted of chili powders and a wee bit of salt. Add water and mix until a thick batter forms (less is more, eyeball it), stir and cover cauliflower entirely. 4min to cook. Remove and let dry, salt a bit if desired.
Layer cauliflower in bowl, gently pour soup on the side to preserve a photogenic shot, and top with soy bean chili crisp.
