I still think about this lunch 4 months later. We choose The Taste of Memory menu (no meat – only fish) with one time the wine pairing and one time the juice pairing. Best food I’ve ever had.
In total (without appetizers and friandises) we had 18 small dishes (often served in groups of 3 as you can see) which complemented each other so well. Great value for money and a very nice experience.
