Has anyone ever used meat free sausage to make a ‘traditional’ sausage, onion and breadcrumb (and other things) stuffing as is traditional in Uk/Ireland ie not the cubes of bread which seem more common in USA? It’s quite rich and can be made into stuffing balls?
I am feeling like Richmond meat free sausage is so squishy and mouldable when raw that it may work ? But it also may shrink too much when cooked and cause the mix to fall apart ?
Anyone got any experience with this?
