    Sauce:
    * 3/4 cup vegan “chicken” broth
    * 4 T vegan oyster sauce
    * 3 T soy sauce
    * 2 T sesame oil
    * 1 T corn starch
    * 1 T sugar
    Veggies/Tofu:
    * 291 g Cabbage
    * 1/2 Bell pepper
    * 1 large carrot
    * 1/2 can baby corn
    * 25 g broccolini
    * 1 serving angel hair pasta (or other noodle of choice)
    * 1 block of tofu

    Mix sauce and set aside. Cook noodles, set aside. Brown tofu and pan fry veggies. Put everything in pan and cook for a few more minutes until sauce thickens.
