To make approx 3/4 cup of tahini dip blend the following:
* 1/4 c tahini
* 1/2 cup hot water
* 1/2 zucchini
* 1/2 clove garlic
* lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
* salt
If you add any more zucchini it starts tasting like mashed zucchini. One recipe actually called for 1 lb of zucchini to 1 T tahini which is ridiculous.
Resulting dip is about 33 cals per T.

What was the zucchini supposed to replace? Yogurt?
This is awesome! Do you know if it keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days? Or would it get super watery from the zucchini?
